		<description>Mesquite wood gives the best flavor. Marinate in Kraft italian dressing over night, and then cook on hot mesquite fire after coals turn grey. Great smoky flavor. Can also use your favorite bar-b-que sauce instead of italian dressing.</description>

		<description>Its a friggin pork chop people, sear the chop at around 600. For 2 mins each side back off the heat for 10mins each side at 425 indirect heat, garlic salt, lawrys, and a bottle of bud. Can&#039;t go wrong! _USA! USA! USA!</description>
